TINY INFINITIES / GOTHENBURG

Turning nanoscale science
into measurement tools.

Tiny Infinities develops probes and optical sensing technologies for research and the semiconductor industry. Based in Gothenburg, our team brings together nanophotonics, nanofabrication, engineering and commercial development.

OUR PURPOSE

AFM probes and
optical sensing systems.

Our mission

Turn nanoscale fabrication and optical research into measurement tools for semiconductor development and scientific research.

Our vision

Enable researchers and industry to understand materials in greater detail, from surface structure to optical sensing.

Our work grew from research and entrepreneurship at Chalmers. PolarTip brings our SiC materials and fabrication expertise into AFM probes. Pilot collaborations connect its development to practical requirements for feature access, useful tip life and faster scanning.

Alongside PolarTip, we are exploring Raman polaritonics—sensing the infrared optical properties of nearby materials through visible-light readout. This research underpins PolarSense, a future product direction for optical sensing with thin films as its first application focus. Semiconductor development is our core market, alongside scientific research and instrument partnerships.
