This notice explains how Tiny Infinities AB handles personal data when you visit tinyinfinities.com, contact our team or use our restricted website tools.

When you contact us

We receive the information you enter in our enquiry form or send by email: your name, email address, organisation if provided, enquiry topic and message. The form may also include the application or research context selected when you opened it. We use this information to respond, assess the request and manage related discussions about products, research, partnerships or investment.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and maintaining business relationships. If you personally ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we need to fulfil that contract, the legal basis is those pre-contractual steps or the contract. Where you act for an organisation, we generally rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with its representatives.

The form marks required fields. Without a contact email and enough information about your request, we may be unable to respond. You can contact us by email instead. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sensitive personal data. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Website operation and security

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error information to deliver the website, investigate faults and prevent misuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website.

The contact form uses a hidden spam field and a short-lived request counter based on a salted digest of the connecting IP address. The counter expires after ten minutes without a further counted request. It does not contain the message or contact details. Hosting access logs are separate from this counter.

How enquiries are delivered and who receives them

The website is hosted by Hostinger. Form emails are sent through Brevo to our contact address in Google Workspace, where authorised members of our team can handle the enquiry using Google Groups and email. These service providers process data to provide hosting, email delivery, storage and related support.

The website is configured without a separate database of form submissions or persistent WordPress email-body logs. Your message can still be retained in our Google Workspace correspondence, in Brevo delivery logs or email previews, and in applicable service backups. We do not sell your personal data.

We may also share relevant information with advisers or authorities where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Access is limited according to the purpose.

International processing

Our service providers may use infrastructure, support teams or subprocessors outside the EU/EEA. Where this involves an international transfer, a lawful transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with appropriate additional safeguards. Contact us at contact@tinyinf.com for information about the arrangements relevant to your data or to request a copy of applicable safeguards.

How long data is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer the request and handle relevant follow-up. In deciding when it is no longer needed, we consider whether the enquiry is resolved, whether a research or business discussion remains active, and whether records are needed for an agreement, a legal obligation or a legal claim. Information that becomes part of a customer or project relationship is retained according to that purpose.

Technical and delivery records are kept for service operation, security and troubleshooting according to the relevant provider settings. Copies in backups follow the applicable backup retention cycle. These copies may remain after deletion from the active system until the backup expires. You can contact us to ask about retention of a particular enquiry or request deletion, subject to any lawful reason to retain it.

Cookies and restricted tools

Our website is not currently configured with advertising cookies or visitor analytics. WordPress uses functional cookies when administrators log in or when an authorised visitor opens password-protected resources. These support authentication, access and user preferences. You can remove or block cookies in your browser, but restricted features may then stop working.

The email signature builder processes the details you enter in your browser to generate a signature. The builder does not submit those details to Tiny Infinities. When you copy or use the signature in an email service, that service processes it under its own arrangements. Requests to open the tool or download brand assets may appear in ordinary hosting logs.

Our pages contain links to external publications and other websites. Following a link takes you to a separate service whose own privacy information applies.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a particular activity relies on your consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Send requests to contact@tinyinf.com. We may need enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records. We normally respond within one month; where the law allows an extension, we will explain it. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.

You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or to your local data protection authority. We do not use website enquiries for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

We may update this notice as our website and services change. The date above identifies the latest version. You can always contact us about how your personal data is handled.
